The CMC has considered the events surrounding the abandonment of the WDCU Premier League fixture between Greenock CC versus Dumfries CC on 28 August 2021, along with statements from both clubs and both umpires. In making their decision, the CMC used the WDCU Saturday League Administration Regulations 2021, namely sections 1(d), 1(e) and 11(a).

The CMC has decided to award the result of this match, as a victory by concession, to Your Move Dumfries CC.  The league table has now been updated.
